Shipping policy

Orders ship in branded "Patches By Emma" packaging (kraft box, custom tape, and bags featuring our logo). The packaging does not reference HRT, hormones, or medical use in any way — only the shop name and logo appear on the exterior. Your card statement will show a charge from "Patches By Emma."
